About the event
The annual community leadership program creates competent and well-equipped leaders across the Burnett Inland who understand what it takes to lead in a regional environment.
Red Earth Community Leadership Program aims to:
- Support the development of emerging leaders across community, business and government sectors to effect change in their local communities and region.
- Increase collaboration between networks of community leaders to effect change in local communities and regions.
- Increase the participation by community leaders in significant regional projects, processes, and long-term planning.
This year Red Earth celebrates 10 years of hosting the Community Leadership program with now over 200 alumni.
